Halloween Origami Workshop

SJA had the Origami workshop for Halloween at Westover Library in Arlington on October 19th.  It was a part of Saturday craft workshop series for adults hosted by the library.  First, we made pumpkins, ghosts, and spider webs together.  Next we showed how to make a bat and a haunted house which were a bit more complicated.  After they drew faces, windows and so on, they put all of the items on a circle of cardboard to make Halloween collages.  Everyone showed creativity by choosing different colors, drawing different faces, or cutting a different pattern for a spider web.  It was a one hour session but people stayed longer to finish up and left with big smiles.
