Stay Crafty Saturday: Make Origami & Support YOU-CRANE

Join us to learn how to make a beautiful origami crane ornament and show your support for peace in Ukraine.

Origami cranes are a symbol of peace and hope in Japan. Volunteers with Study Japanese in Arlington will show you hold to fold an origami crane and create an origami ornament. Some of the origami cranes will be taken to local Ukrainian groups as a gesture of peace and goodwill.

No experience necessary. All materials will be provided. 

Registration required; for adults age 18+.

This program is in partnership with Study Japanese in Arlington, a 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Japanese education in Arlington, Virginia.
